Inspection in action
What happens when our inspector reaches the manufacturer's works.
From QAP review to dispatch clearance
Pre-dispatch inspection (PDI)
Lot inspection and acceptance testing before material leaves the factory, with sealing and a dispatch clearance report.
Stage-wise / in-process inspection
Checks at critical manufacturing stages so defects are caught before they are built in.
Final inspection & witness testing
Routine, type and acceptance tests witnessed against the IS, IEC or your approved QAP.
QAP / MQP review
Review of the manufacturing quality plan and inspection test plan against tender technical specifications.
Vendor & factory assessment
Capability, process and testing-facility assessment of new or existing suppliers.
Tender document verification
Authentication of bidders' technical documents. Aaditech is approved by NTPC as a third-party agency for this.
Independence your buyer can rely on
A Type A inspection body has no stake in what it inspects: it doesn't design, make, sell, install or buy those items. That independence is why utilities, PSUs and large buyers ask for it, and why an accredited report holds up when a lot is accepted or rejected.

Can you act as the third party inspection agency named in our tender?
Yes, where the tender calls for an independent, NABCB-accredited (ISO/IEC 17020) inspection agency for electrical equipment. Share the tender clause and technical specification and we will confirm the scope matches before you nominate us.
Do you verify tender documents?
Yes. Aaditech is approved by NTPC as a third-party agency for authentication of tender documents, and we verify bidders' technical documents for other buyers too.
What is a Type A inspection body?
Under ISO/IEC 17020, a Type A inspection body is fully independent: it is not involved in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase or ownership of the items it inspects. This is the highest level of independence, and it is why many tenders and buyers specify a Type A agency.
Is Aaditech accredited by NABCB?
Yes. Aaditech is accredited by NABCB (Quality Council of India) as a Type A inspection body under ISO/IEC 17020:2012, certificate IB 024, valid until 03 Mar 2030. The accredited scope covers stage-wise and final inspection of electrical equipment. You can verify it on the NABCB website.
Which products are covered by your accreditation?
Our NABCB scope covers electrical equipment: wires and cables, conductors, energy meters, transformers, switchgear and controlgear, lamps and LEDs, electrical appliances, capacitors, motors, insulators, insulating oils and mats, wiring accessories and distribution installations. Share your product and the applicable standard and we will confirm coverage.
Do you inspect against our tender specification or QAP?
Yes. Inspections are carried out against the applicable Indian Standard, IEC standard or the customer-approved QAP / technical specification, and the report records every test witnessed and its result.
Where do you carry out inspections?
We are based in Rohini, New Delhi, and carry out inspections at manufacturer works across India.
How do I raise an inspection call?
Send us the purchase order or tender reference, the item and quantity, the applicable standard or QAP, and the factory location. We confirm the schedule, inspector and checklist before the visit.
